I love this stuff. Love in Black feels moody and elegant without going full gothic, if that makes sense. The violet is what grabs me first, then I get this soft powdery iris thing with a little clove in the background that keeps it interesting. It smells expensive in that effortless Creed way. Kinda reminds me of the vibe of some classic designer florals, but smoother and way more refined. On me it lasts around 7-8 hours with pretty solid projection for the first couple hours. Super wearable if you want something feminine but not sugary. Def one of those perfumes that makes me stand up straighter when I wear it.
Okay this one is just beautiful. The iris gives it that clean, slightly powdery texture, but the amber keeps it from going too dry or old-school. It ends up smelling soft, warm, and kinda addictive. I don't think it's trying to be trendy or BR540-ish at all, which I actually love—it feels more personal and timeless. I've worn it during the day and at night and it works both ways. Not super loud, but I kept getting little wafts for hours and that's honestly my favorite kind of performance. If you want something feminine, polished, and a bit unique, I highly recommend this.
What I love here is that it’s not just a straight lemony freshie. The tangerine opening is beautiful, but the little hit of cinnamon and pink pepper makes it feel warm and interesting without taking away the clean vibe. It smells super upscale, like white linen, sun, and expensive skincare. I wouldn’t compare it to Delina or BR540 at all, this is way more understated and classy. Not trying to fill a room, just smells amazing when someone gets close. For me that’s perfect. Creed really nailed the balance here. Fresh, polished, and weirdly addictive.
This is a 5/5 for me, easy. A lot of citrus perfumes smell great for 20 minutes and then just disappear, but this one has more body. I get bergamot up top with a little pink pepper sparkle, and later the vetiver shows up just enough to keep it classy. It never turns harsh or overly soapy on my skin, which is rare tbh. It kinda reminds me of the clean-luxury side of Neroli Portofino, but softer and more refined. Super wearable, super chic, and I’ve gotten a bunch of compliments with it. Not beast mode, but it lasts a solid workday on me and feels very natural.
This is gorgeous tbh. Allegra Spettacolore feels like one of those perfumes that doesn't scream for attention, but people notice anyway because it smells really refined. I get a silky iris first, then this cozy amber base that stays close and super classy. It kinda reminds me of the softer side of Prada-style iris scents, but warmer and more sensual. What I love most is how balanced it is—nothing sharp, nothing messy, just smooth all the way through. Projection is moderate on me and it sticks around a solid 6-8 hours. Super easy 5 stars, especially if you like elegant scents that still feel a little sexy.
This is such a pretty dark floral. Not heavy, not syrupy, just smooth and slightly mysterious. The violet leaf and iris stand out most on me, with cedar in the base keeping it clean and dry. I love that it smells feminine without going sugary. Tbh I’m tired of everything trying to be BR540 or some loud fruity rose bomb, and this goes in a cooler, more refined direction. It works great in the office too because the projection stays controlled, but people close to you will notice it. Minor flaw: it can come off a little serious, so if you want playful or sexy right away, this may not be it. Still really good.
I love this stuff. Jardin d'Amalfi smells like expensive Italian summer air, but not in a basic citrus cologne way. The tangerine and neroli are super bright at first, then that soft white musk keeps it smooth and clean instead of sharp. It feels polished without being uptight. Kinda gives me the same effortless luxury vibe I get from some Xerjoffs, but this is lighter and easier to wear. Performance is actually better than I expected for a fresh scent too — I get around 6-7 hours with a nice gentle trail. Def one of Creed’s prettiest warm-weather scents, and honestly one of the few that feels worth reaching for when I want to smell rich and put together.
I really like this, even though it’s not the most instantly lovable Creed. It’s cool-toned and a little reserved. I get violet, blackcurrant, and some rose in the heart, and together they give it this dry, almost inky floral vibe. Kinda reminds me of the opposite of Delina. Where Delina is bright and flirty, this is more quiet and put-together. Super classy. My only complaint is performance could be better for the price since it sits pretty close after an hour or two. Still, I keep reaching for it because it feels different from the usual sweet floral stuff. Def more of a taste thing than a crowd-pleaser.
I was hoping for something dramatic from the name, but Love in Black is way more quiet than I expected. On my skin it’s mostly violet and blackcurrant, with a dry, slightly smoky feel in the background. It’s refined and smooth, and I can see why some people find it chic, but tbh it never gets exciting. Kinda reminds me of those polished floral perfumes that smell expensive without being super memorable. The good part is it doesn’t go screechy or overly sweet, which I appreciate. The downside is the projection is pretty soft and it feels a bit too serious for everyday wear. Decent, just nothing special.
Tbh this one surprised me. I expected something harsher from the name, but it’s actually really polished and beautiful. The violet and iris give it this cool, almost lipstick-like powderiness, and then the clove adds a subtle spice that keeps it from feeling too proper. I wear this when I want to smell put together with zero effort. It’s not a compliment bomb like BR540, but the people who notice it always say I smell amazing. That kind of says a lot. Lasts most of the workday on me and sits a little closer after the first hour. I really love how grown-up and graceful it feels.
I’m obsessed with how effortless this smells. The neroli is gorgeous here, not soapy or old-school, and the bergamot keeps everything bright and sparkling. Then the white musk comes through and gives it that clean skin finish I really love. It feels luxurious in a very quiet way. No sharp edges, nothing screechy, just smooth from start to finish. This is the kind of fragrance that makes you want to keep sniffing your wrist all day. On me it performs better than a lot of niche citrus scents too, around 6 hours easy. If you want a refined, uplifting fresh scent, I highly recommend it.
This is easily one of my favorite Creeds. It’s not loud in a flashy way, but wow it has presence. I get a cool violet leaf vibe, a slightly dry cedar backbone, and just enough musk to make it feel smooth and skin-like later on. It honestly smells like confidence. Not youthful or candy-sweet at all, which I really appreciate. If Delina is all pink satin and sparkle, this is the black dress version. Performance is really good on me, around 6 hours easy, and it leaves a gorgeous trail without choking anyone out. Super classy, super pretty, and actually feels unique in a sea of fruity florals.
This smells like walking through a five-star hotel on the Amalfi Coast after a shower, wearing linen, zero stress in life. I’m obsessed. The opening is juicy tangerine, then I get this clean neroli/musk combo that feels airy and expensive. There’s also a tiny warm touch in the background — maybe the cinnamon — that stops it from being just another fresh citrus. That’s what makes it special to me. It’s elegant but still easy, and somehow works dressed up or casual. Projection is moderate, not loud, but people catch it when they’re close and always say something. Really beautiful, really classy, and one of Creed’s best imo.
I’m into this, but I get why some people don’t click with it. The opening has a sharp green bite from the violet leaf and blackcurrant that almost feels stern at first. Give it 15 minutes though, because once the iris softens it, it turns really beautiful. Cool, classy, slightly melancholy. I love wearing it on cloudy days or dressed up at night. It’s not super sexy in a loud way, more like understated and expensive. Lasts about 6 hours on me, with decent projection early on then closer to skin. My one gripe is the price feels a bit much for the performance, but scent-wise it’s really lovely and pretty unique.
I love this way more than I expected. The iris here is smooth and expensive-smelling, not overly powdery or makeup-bag heavy. Then the amber comes in and gives it this glowing, soft warmth that makes the whole thing feel really polished. It kinda has that dressed-up Italian luxury vibe without being loud about it. On me it lasts around 7 hours with a nice soft trail, so not beast mode, but def enough. I keep reaching for it when I want something elegant but still easy to wear. Honestly one of those scents that just makes you feel put together.
I usually don’t rave about citrus fragrances because most of them are nice and then instantly forgettable. This one is different. The bergamot and neroli feel so crisp and airy, but there’s this little touch of vetiver underneath that gives it some backbone. That’s what makes it special for me. It smells rich without trying too hard. Very clean, very put together, very Amalfi coast fantasy lol. It’s also crazy versatile. Office, brunch, summer dinner, vacation, all of it works. Lasts around 7 hours on my skin, which is more than enough for something this fresh. Really love this one.
Tbh this is what I wanted from a high-end summer fragrance. A lot of citrus perfumes smell amazing for 20 minutes and then disappear, but Jardin d'Amalfi actually sticks around. I get juicy tangerine first, then a little pink pepper sparkle that keeps it from feeling too safe. The white musk in the drydown is really clean and soft. It kinda reminds me of Neroli Portofino in mood, but this feels smoother and more natural to my nose. Super easy to wear, super classy, and I’ve gotten random compliments with this more than once. Love it.
This one surprised me. Love in Black feels dark and polished without going full goth, if that makes sense. I get a cool violet thing first, then iris and cedar start showing up and make it feel really smooth and expensive. It’s kinda powdery, but not old-lady powdery to me. More like chic black dress energy. The only reason it’s not a perfect 5 is the opening can feel a little sharp for the first 10 minutes. After that, super pretty. Lasts around 6-7 hours on me with soft projection, so it’s not beast mode, but I honestly like that. Very elegant and easy to wear when you want something a little mysterious.
I really wanted to like this because the idea sounds so good, but on my skin Love in Black just feels cold and weirdly dusty. I get a sharp violet thing at first, then some powdery iris, and underneath there’s this clove-ish spice that makes it feel dated instead of elegant. Not sexy, not cozy, just kind of stern. For a Creed, this also feels super overpriced to me. It’s not terrible, but definitely below expectations. Performance is okay, maybe 5-6 hours, but it sits pretty close to the skin after the first hour. Honestly it reminds me of those older floral perfumes that smell expensive but not very inviting.
This is nice, just not wow to me. I get a cool violet thing right away with a slightly powdery iris vibe, then it settles into something softer with a hint of cedar. It smells classy and kind of moody, like a dressed-up floral for colder weather, but I keep waiting for a moment that never really comes. Not bad at all, just a little flat for a Creed, especially at that price. Performance is okay on me, around 5-6 hours, and projection stays pretty close after the first hour. I’d wear it to the office or a dinner, but I wouldn’t call it love.
